Personally, I am focusing on these topics.

- Fluctuations of petrol
- Where is the cheapest petrol
- The difference between E10 and V-power
- Where can I fix my car
- 3 places to look for car accessories
- Recommended mechanics in Brisbane
Then, I have more topics for moving house
- Which area to stay
- How transportation affects the choice of your accommodation
- Simple guide for connecting electric, gas and telephone line
- My opinion about different Internet Service Provider
That is the basic idea. I encourage you to do more brain storming. It’s easy to come up with topics you are interested, here’s some topics for you to kick-start.
e.g.
SPORTS – badminton courts in Brisbane, where to join clubs
UNIVERSITY – study tips, books
FINANCE – where to get good deals, save money on pizza
TRAVEL – my travel routes to Byron Bay, and what to expect along the journey
WEBSITES – personal review of useful websites for Brisbane students
FOOD – restaurant review
Q/A – frequently asked question from reader. I receive many inquiries from new students before coming Brisbane, and those are excellent topic to focus on (and simple too).
How many words
Normally a post shall not less than 500 words. If you can write excellent post with less than 200 words, that’s even better! Short articles are often more difficult to write. No limits on how many words you can write, but long articles should have appropriate headings. You can refer on the rest of my articles and get the basic idea ;)
Do I need to attach picture?
I prefer to have at least single photo attached. Please give credits to the source. I usually get my photos from flickr.com. If you are writing about restaurant review, I would like to have address and contact details too, so I can locate with Google Map easily ;)
How do I submit my guest post?
Send to danielATbrisbanestudentguide.com, I shall reply you in 1-2 days.
Do I get paid for posts I submitted?
Yes, you get paid $5 for every article published. If there is significant increase in traffic and readership, the price for each article will increase depending on the income generated from the advertisements. I will contact you personally if there is raise :)
And if your article did not meet satisfactory requirement, I will reject. We have to discuss what I need in your article and correct it until satisfactory.
What else I should know?
*Your post must be original and must have never been published before on the internet
*You agree to not publish to post anywhere else (i.e. in your own blog or as a guest post in other blogs)
