		<description>@TSM - We, as the consumer, has to be always cautious when purchasing food. I guess many people will learn to make smart choices after experience (and actually learn how the foods are being processed). I actually studied these kind of things so I am aware, one golden rule though - stick to foods which are closest to their original state. e.g. buy fresh tomato instead of ketchup, you know what I mean?</description>
