@TSM – We, as the consumer, has to be always cautious when purchasing food. I guess many people will learn to make smart choices after experience (and actually learn how the foods are being processed). I actually studied these kind of things so I am aware, one golden rule though – stick to foods which are closest to their original state. e.g. buy fresh tomato instead of ketchup, you know what I mean?

Becareful, some of the ALDI brand food. There are not really healthy, although, there are cheap. Need to become wise consumer.

i reckon aldi’s alcafe coffee powder is the best! beats any coffee powder you can find in coles or woolies
