
Trang Restaurant serves Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. This is a famous restaurant, it’s always packed with customers whenever I dine there.

The Ambience
The restaurant is nicely lit with comfortable lights. Not too bright, yet not too dark until you cannot look at your own food. Trang allows BYO (Bring Your Own), that probably attracts quite a number of locals to dine there. Plus, I like the waiter and waitress, they seems friendly and pay attention to what customers need.
They clean up table pretty fast too. Probably a skill they mastered, since customers are always waiting outside the restaurant.

The Food
Three Colored Pork Chop Rice – I have no idea why they name it “three colors”. From what I see, I see more than five colors on that plate! Hehe. Probably it’s the color of the main dish and side dishes, I guess.
Pork chop is marinate to mild sweet and sour, so tasty to serve together with rice. Not forgetting a good serving of vegetables too.

Beef Noodle Soup – Every Vietnamese restaurant serves this dish. My friend loves the soup base, he can clear the soup without touching any of the noodle. lol. The soup is served with a good portion of coriander leaves, so good :)
Oh, according to my friend, you can refill the soup too!

Crispy Chicken Rice – Salt and pepper chicken deep fried to a crunchy and unforgetful taste. Pour the sauce on the chicken, and let the skin absorb the mild sweet and sour taste. Served with rice.
I know your saliva flowing out… hahaha.
Conclusion
They serve good, simple food in speedy manner, and the price is value too. My friends gather here for weekly dinner gathering. I strongly recommend to try out this place.
